In the game played at KGP Union beat Albion by 73 runs thanks to good batting performances from veterans Glynn Cameron and Neil Rushton, and some good bowling from Philip Crossan and Michael Ormandy. Batting first for the first time in the season Union scored 178 with opener Cameron recording his first 50 for the season with 56. Rushton was the other batting highlight finishing with 37 runs including 2 sixes. Albion struggled with the chase thanks mainly to good bowling performances from Mike Ormandy (4-37) and Philip Crossan who took 3-20.
