Union will play in the Dick Hunt Final against Arch Rival Albion next week after a 5 wicket win against Oamaru. Batting first Oamaru scored 132 with Craig Campbell continuing his fine form for season taking 2-16 while consistent Mike Ormandy took 2-22. With McKenzie and Rushton away the younger players of the team took centre stage in the batting with Jeremiah Shields top scoring with 35. He was well supported by Mitchell McRae (32) and veteran Glynn Cameron (20 not out).
