Sean Conlan and Duncan Drew scored centuries as Union cruised to victory over bottom placed St Kevin's at the St Kevin's artificial.

After winning the toss and electing to bat, Ants Cromwell got his side of the a quick start notching up 27 runs in less than three over's before the loss of his wicket. Thomas Shields soon followed as Union found themselves 49-2 however this bought in the returning Duncan Drew to join Sean Conlan at the crease. Conlan and Drew combined for a massive partnership of 202 with Drew bringing his century up with a six. With the dismissal of Drew, the Union team did not let up as Conlan and Glynn Cameron scored 95 runs in the final nine over's to finish with 346 of their allotted 50 over's. Cameron was 44 not out with four boundaries and two sixes, while Conlan was 125 not out bringing up his first century for the club.

St Kevin's made a good start and was 101 for three after 23 over but slumped to 155 for 7 and was eventually dismissed for 171 with Jordan Bartlett top scoring with 36. For Union Paul Johnston took 3-32, Brad Fleming took the new ball for the first time and ended up with 2-38 while Dan Conlan took 2-9 sitting on a hat-trick at one point. Union victors by 174 runs.

Seniors currently sit in second place with one round remaining before the semi-finals in two weeks time.
