In lower grade results the Union Second Grade team remain unbeaten after beating Union Pacifica in the local derby on the number two field at King George Park.
Batting first the Pacifica team recorded 180 including some big hitting including one huge six which saw the ball hit the trees at the top of terraces on the full. Captain Tevita Asi was top scorer recording a half-century
Chasing the competitive total the Second Graders lost an early couple of wickets but an unbeaten third wicket partnership of 170+ saw them through in quick time, as they racked up the total in less than 20 over's. Daniel Martin top scored with 60+ including 8 sixes.
The Senior Reserve team lost to Waitaki Boys at Milner Park.
